Planet Earth, also called our world, consists for the most part of water. But still we have enough space, or better enough land, to live our lives. On our planet (the Earth), we all live in a country which is part of one of the seven continents. Or better known as mainlands. For example, when you live in the USA or Canada, you are on the continent North America. When you live in India, you’re part of the continent Asia. The other continents you can live on are Africa, Antarctica, Europe, Oceania and South America. All these continents together makes our planet Earth.
So there’re seven continents our world consists of. On onlykidsonly we describe them on The continents of the world. For each continent we’ll give you some information and the regions and/or countries this continent consists of. We also offer some learning maps and coloring pages. In the future we’ll also describe countries (and maybe more) which belongs to a continent. This way you can learn more than just the continent. For example the flag and capital for each country and more like that. And of course we’ll also offer more coloring pages and learning tools..
Continents of the world
Here you’ll find all the continents of our world in a row. Each continent is a link to its own page and for every continent you’ll find coloring pages, maps and learning tools. Our intention is to, besides the continent, describe all countries within the continents. Next step is to descripe the states, regions etcetera. And for all we’ll place learning tools and coloring pages.
